Terms

1. Who we are

Vanwright is run by [your business name], [registered address] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [contact email] or with Send feedback in the planner.

2. What Vanwright is

Vanwright is an online tool for planning camper van conversions. You can use it for free, with the limits shown on our pricing, or subscribe to Vanwright Pro for everything else. By using Vanwright you agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email address private. You can delete your account at any time from the account page in the planner, which removes your account and the layouts saved to it.

4. Vanwright Pro

5. Cancelling and refunds

Changing your mind. When you buy Pro you ask for it to start straight away, and you agree that once you print or save a build sheet, download a cut list, export a layout or save a picture, you no longer have the legal right to cancel within 14 days and get your money back.

Our refund promise. Even so, if you ask within 14 days of buying or renewing and you haven’t done any of those things with Pro, we’ll refund you in full. Ask from your account page in the planner. We keep a record of the first time each of those features is used so we can check.

If something’s wrong. None of this affects your legal rights if Vanwright is faulty or not as described. Tell us and we’ll put it right, or refund you if we can’t.

6. Measurements, weights and safety

Vanwright helps you plan, but it isn’t a substitute for measuring your own van or for professional advice. Van measurements start from published figures and some are estimates; weights, power and water figures are estimates too. Measure your van, check every part before you cut it, check your van’s weight ratings on its plate and at a weighbridge, and make sure your build is safe, roadworthy and properly insured. You’re responsible for your build.

7. Your layouts

Your layouts belong to you. You let us store and show them only to run Vanwright for you. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can see that layout until you turn the link off.

8. Fair use

Don’t misuse Vanwright: no attempts to break or overload it, get round its limits, access other people’s accounts, or copy it to build a competing product.

9. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Vanwright available and accurate but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by relying on figures you didn’t check. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters to you, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever close Vanwright, we’ll give you notice, a chance to export your layouts, and a refund for any unused Pro time.

11. The law

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales]. You can bring a claim in your local courts.
